Returns policy



We DO NOT do refunds on any of our products, only size exchanges.

Any size exchanges can take up to an extra 3 weeks to be made and sent back to you. We DO NOT refund custom orders and they can take even longer to be resent for a different size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for returning the item first class signed and for the postage of the new size.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items in our sales, items that don't fit but clearly show sizing charts in the product page.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, (sale items not applicable) send us an email at and send your item to: 17 bayley close, Uppingham, Rutland, le15 9tg.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
